What is Charlie Ralph Clinic?
Charlie Ralph Clinic is a nurse-led cosmetic clinic with two locations: Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast and Ascot Vale in Melbourne. Treatments are provided by AHPRA-registered nurses, with prescription treatments prescribed by our medical director, Dr Katie Duncan. It was founded by Charlie Ralph, a registered nurse.

What cosmetic treatments do you offer?
We offer wrinkle reduction, volume restoration, lip enhancement, non-surgical face lift plans, and skin treatments including skin needling, LED therapy and hydrafacial. Our Melbourne clinic also offers mole and skin tag removal. All treatments are performed by AHPRA-registered nurses after a consultation.
Who performs the treatments?
AHPRA-registered nurses perform every consultation and treatment. Prescription treatments are only given after a separate consultation with a prescribing doctor. Each practitioner's AHPRA registration number is listed on our team page.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The initial consultation with a registered nurse is free and there is no obligation to book treatment. New patients, and anyone who has not visited in 12 months, pay a $35 doctor scripting fee before any prescription treatment.
How much do treatments cost?
Cost depends on the treatment and how much is needed, so it is quoted in writing at your consultation before anything is booked. Prices for prescription injectables cannot be advertised in Australia. Afterpay is available on all treatments.
How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment. Wrinkle-softening treatments typically last 3 to 4 months. Lip enhancement generally lasts 6 to 12 months. Cheek and jawline volume restoration can last 12 to 18 months. Your nurse will explain what to expect for you at your consultation.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit is a consultation covering your medical history, what you would like to change, which treatments may suit you, the risks, expected results and aftercare. You are never obligated to proceed with treatment on the same day.
